PURPOSE: An inorganic electroluminescence device driving method is provided to increase brightness and lifetime by applying voltage which has a repetitive waveform to an electrode. CONSTITUTION: An electrode of an inorganic electroluminescence device receives voltage which has a repetitive waveform. The repetitive waveform has a predetermined frequency and a maximum value. A sinusoidal wave has the repetitive waveform. A rectangular wave has the repetitive waveform. A saw-tooth wave has the repetitive waveform. The frequency is in a range of 50 to 1000Hz.
