PURPOSE: A photovoltaic apparatus is provided to improve durability and reliability by protecting a solar panel by using an electric shock protection unit. CONSTITUTION: A frame(100) is arranged at an outside of a solar panel. The solar panel includes a plurality of solar cells. A protection substrate is arranged on the solar panel. An absorbing sheet(400) is interposed between the protection substrate and the solar panel. An electric shock protection unit(500) is entirely arranged on an upper side of the solar panel. |
