PURPOSE: A fishway-cum-vegetative retaining wall block is provided to reduce construction costs by simply assembling the blocks and to improve an environment-friendly effect. CONSTITUTION: A fishway-cum-vegetative retaining wall block(10) comprises a block body(20), fixing pins(30), and connection members. The block body has a hole(21) for a fishway or vegetation, a decoration part(24), and fixing pin insertion grooves(25). The fixing pins are inserted into insertion holes(22) of the block body and support the block body. The connection members are coupled to connection grooves(23) of the block body.
