PURPOSE: A refracting and connecting type low-height movable barrier is provided to reduce shock transferred to a vehicle and passengers through the refraction between unit barriers. CONSTITUTION: A refracting and connecting type low-height movable barrier comprises barrier bodies(10), refracting and connecting units, and a refraction angle restricting unit. Each barrier body has front, rear, top, bottom, left, and right planes(11,12,13,14,15,16). The refracting and connecting units are formed on the front and rear planes of the barrier bodies and horizontally connect the barrier bodies to each other to be refractable. The refraction angle restricting unit prevents the connected barrier bodies from becoming refracted over a set angle.
