SLUDGE DRYING APPARATUS USING HEAT PIPE AND HEATING MEDIA OIL BOILER

PURPOSE: A sludge drying apparatus using a heat pipe and a heating medium oil boiler is provided to continuously maintain the heating temperature of a drying plate at high temperatures by circulating heat medium oil. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying apparatus is a granular drier. Drying plates(20) are installed at the upper inner side and the lower inner side of a cylindrical main body. The apparatus transfers and dries sludge introduced into the main body to the lower side drying plate. A heating plate(30) is installed at the lower side of the drying plate. The heating plate is composed of a fluid transferring pipe(32) and a heat pipe(31) with the fluid transferring pipe. The fluid transferring pipe is in connection with the outside to receive heat from an external heating source. The heating source is a heat medium oil boiler heating and circulating heat medium oil. The lower side of heating plate is thermally insulated.
