PURPOSE: A method for providing customized stimulation of acupoint and life information is provided to simplify the analysis of health condition by response to a plurality of questions about the health condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing customized stimulation of acupoint and life information is as follows. The health condition of a subject is analyzed by calculating physical health grade(S10). A corresponding acupoint stimulation method about the health condition of the subject is offered(S20). A corresponding life guidance method about the health condition of the subject is offered(S30).
