PURPOSE: Pig skin soup, and a producing method thereof are provided to use soju, bay leaves, black pepper powder, and ginger to remove the unique smell of pig skin. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pig skin soup comprises the following steps: removing the panniculus and hair from the pig skin, and washing; mixing the pig skin with purified water, and boiling the mixture for 20-30 minutes at 90-100 deg C; adding more purified water, and a mixture of soju, bay leaves, black pepper powder, and ginger into to the boiled pig skin mixture, and heating the mixture for 50-60 minutes at 90-100 deg C; boiling the mixture for 10-20 minutes after adding the purified water; grinding the pig skin without the unique smell with 50-60 deg C water; and heating the ground pig skin for obtaining soup. |
