PURPOSE: A color designed manhole cover is provided to improve various visual impression by deforming a dual structured cover. CONSTITUTION: A color designed manhole cover comprises a rolled steel sheet(10), a cast iron frame(20) and an upper plate groove part(21). The upper plate is composed of a rolled steel sheet. The lower plate is composed of a cast iron frame. The rolled steel sheet is inserted in the upper plate groove part. The upper plate groove part is formed in the upper center of the cast iron frame. The rolled steel sheet covers the entire upper part of the cast iron frame.
