PURPOSE: A compact double head heat exchanger is provided to have an efficient heat exchange performance and excellent compressive strength in the environment of high temperature and high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A compact double head heat exchanger comprises a first head pipe(110), a second head pipe(120), a third head pipe(130), a fourth head pipe(140), a first radiant tube(170), a second radiant tube, a third radiant tube, a fourth radiant tube(176), a heat radiation fin(180), and a protector(190). The first radiant tubes are arranged in a plurality of rows between the first and second head pipes with a constant interval. The second radiant tubes are arranged in a plurality of rows between the third and fourth head pipes with a constant interval. The radiant pins are installed in the outer side of the first, the second, the third, and the fourth radiant tubes with a constant interval into a zigzagged shape. The protector is installed in the outer side of the radiant pin installed in the outer side.
