PURPOSE: A rotary body structure using eccentricity caused by gravity is provided to minimize the action of gravity when variable blades are ascended by reducing the length of the variable blades under a rotary body. CONSTITUTION: A rotary body structure using eccentricity caused by gravity comprises a rotary body(10), moving pieces, variable blades(35), gravity weights(36), and cam shafts. Multiple moving grooves are radially formed in the rotary body. The moving pieces are connected to the bottom ends of sliders(32) and transfer displacement output values to the sliders. The bottom ends of the variable blades are coupled to the rotary body. The lengths of the variable blades are adjusted depending on the displacement output values transferred to the sliders. The gravity weights are coupled to the top ends of the variable blades. The cam shafts are connected to the moving pieces and transfers the displacement values to the moving pieces.
