PURPOSE: A rail turnout with an elastic point part is provided to reduce maintenance costs because the abrasion of a tongue rail is reduced to extend lifetime of the tongue rail, and minimize damage due to load by applying a wheel spacer instead of a gland between a stock rail and the tongue rail. CONSTITUTION: A rail turnout with an elastic point part comprises a point unit, a lead unit, and a crossing unit according to a position where stock rails(10), tongue rails(20), and lead rails(30) are installed on a track bed. The tongue rails are curved so that an incidence angle of cutting edges can be 0 degree. A wheel spacer(40) is inserted between the rear end of the tongue rail and the rear end of the stock rail. The wheel spacer is molded on the top of a wheel floating plate(50) in one body. The wheel floating plate is arranged among the tongue rail, the stock rail, and a sleeper.
