CONSTITUTION: A filter of a melting/spinning facility comprises: a casing(100) which has a heating member(110) at one side and heats the inside; a three way valve member(200) having first and second three way valves; and a pair of filter member(300,300') which transfers a melted solution to the second three way valve by filtering the melted solution.
