PURPOSE: A car management system and an operating method using an image recording device and video unit and a smart phone are provided to conveniently use by seding and receiving information about parts of vehicles using wireless telecommunication. CONSTITUTION: A car management system and an operating method using an image recording device and video unit and a smart phone comprise a smart phone(110) and an image recording device/video unit(130). The Smart phone is transmitted information about the car appurtenance from a server of the vehicle information treatment center. The image recording device/video unit is connected to the Smart phone and Bluetooth. The image recording device/video unit is transmitted information about the car appurtenance from the Smart phone. |
