PURPOSE: A room temperature moisture thickening type thermal conductive silicon grease composition capable of easily treating is provided to enable users to store the composition without cooling or freezing. CONSTITUTION: A room temperature moisture thickening type thermal conductive silicon grease composition contains the following: 5-70 parts of organopolysiloxane by mass having both ends terminated with hydroxyl groups; 30-95 parts of organopolysiloxane marked with chemical formula 1 by mass; 1-30 parts of silane compound, its hydrolysate, or its hydrolyzed condensate by mass having more than three molecules capable of hydrolyzing; 0.01-20 parts of thickening catalyst by mass; and 100-2,000 parts of thermally conductive filter.
