UTP or UDP selective fluorescent probe, preparation method thereof and detection method of UTP or UDP using the same

PURPOSE: A method for detecting UTP or UDP using selective fluorescence probe is provided to ensure fluorescence variation and to quantitatively measure UTP consumption and UDP generation. CONSTITUTION: A perylene-dpa-Zn compounds are denoted by chemical formula 1 or 2. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 2 comprises: a step of reacting a compounds of chemical formulas 3 and 4 to obtain a compound of chemical formula 1; and a step of reacting zinc compounds with the compound of chemical formula 1. A sensor for detecting UTP or UDP contains the compound of chemical formula 2. The glycosylation is measured by detecting UTP or UDP using the sensor. The glycosylation comprises: a step of consuming UTP by UDP-glucose pylophosphorylase; and a step of generating UDP by beta-1,4-galactocotransferase.
