PURPOSE: A TSP(Touch Screen Panel) of an electric capacity type and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the size of a product by minimizing a non-active area based on a via-hole. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conducting layer(200) is coated on the upper side of a transparent film type substrate. A first insulating layer(300), a protecting layer(400), a second insulating layer(500), and a transparent electrode pattern layer(600) are formed on the transparent conducting layer. A via-hole(900) having ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) is formed on the transparent pattern layer.
