PURPOSE: A roaster for dried slices of fish is provided to minimize deformation of dried slices of fish after heating the dried slices of fish since the dried slices are compressed and cooled by a cooling unit. CONSTITUTION: A roaster for dried slices of fish comprises a frame(110), a loading unit(120), an absorbing unit(130), a heating unit(140), a cooling unit(145), a transport unit(150), and a controller(160). The loading unit moves forward and backward on the lower center of the frame. The absorbing unit transfers dried slices with absorbing the dried slices of fish transferred to the inside of the frame. The heating unit is formed on both sides of the loading unit and heats the dried slices of fish. The cooling unit is formed on the lower part of the heating unit and compresses and cools the dried slices of fish. The transport unit is extended from the cooling unit and transfers and cools the dried slices of fish. The controller is formed on one side of the frame. |
