PURPOSE: A floating fender assembly is provided to effectively reduce impact applied to an external device and an external structure by providing a floating fender assembly floating depending on the change of water line. CONSTITUTION: A floating fender assembly includes a rail part(110), a fender body part(120), and a floating part(130). The rail part is formed in a direction vertical to an external device or an external facility. The fender body part is coupled with the rail part and the position of the fender body part is varied depending on water line. The floating part is coupled to one side of the fender body part to float the fender body part.
