The present invention provides an Internet system for monitoring nutritional conditions. Said system allows a forum of new topics or established topics to be created, as well as a chat, exercises and routines (aerobic and anaerobic), advises and general tips, and the creation of a regime. The system generates in an automatic manner the regime, different nutritional programs, advises in the use of supplements, calculation of the body mass index (BMI) and caloric waste according to the activities of the person, the calculation of the daily calorie intake, the body fat percentage based on the BMI and on measurements and ideal weight table.
