PURPOSE: An artificial freezing apparatus over a water surface and an artificial freezing method are provided to freeze some seawater artificially exposed to atmosphere and fall to the sea and generate another ice, thereby making lots of ices. CONSTITUTION: An artificial freezing apparatus over a water surface comprises a supporter(200) and water ice maker(100). The supporter moves the water ice maker to up and down between above-water surface and subsurface. The water ice maker generates ices and fall the ices to the sea water surface while being moved up and down by the supporter. The water ice maker comprises an upper cooling fan(110), a bimetal(120), and a lower cooling fan(130). The bimetal is arranged between the upper and lower cooling fans and transform for oneself due to a difference of a temperature and water temperature so that the ice formed in the upper and lower cooling is fallen to the sea surface. The lower cooling fan contains the water for icing. |
