An inverter operating device for conveniently confirming information about the inverter by using a graphic liquid crystal display is provided to construct information about the inverter as a conversation type structure menu mode by using the graphic liquid crystal display. A communication module(110) performs communications with an inverter. A microcomputer(120) manipulates the operation of the inverter through the communications module. An input unit(140) inputs the control signal to the microcomputer. According to the signal of the microcomputer, a display unit indicates the information about inverter. The display unit is electrically connected to the microcomputer. The display unit indicates the icon/text and the menu screen using the number by using the graphic liquid crystal display.
