PURPOSE: A message transmission and reception method using a smart phone user interface and message recognition method are provided to interlock information between various devices by directly inputting the information through a camera. CONSTITUTION: A transmission terminal selects transmission target characters according to the control of a user(S310). The transmission terminal changes the selected characters into a geometricized code(S320). The transmission terminal displays the geometricized code on a display unit(S330). A reception terminal captures the displayed geometricized code(S340). The reception terminal changes the captured geometricized code into character information(S350).
