PURPOSE: A flexible protection panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a bullet from penetrating through the protection panel by dispersing the impact of the bullet through the folding motion of the protection panel. CONSTITUTION: A flexible protection panel(100) comprises first and second protection panel parts(10,20), a panel connecting part(F1), and a sewing part(30). The second protection panel part is turnably formed in one end of the first protection panel part. The panel connection part folds the first and second protection panel parts. The sewing part is formed in the other end of the first protection panel part or the second protection panel part. The protection panel is sewed on an external member through the sewing part.
