PURPOSE: A pressure control valve and an electronic control power assistance steering system including the same are provided to allow or block the supply of steering assist power according to the travel speed of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A pressure control valve comprises a hollow valve body(231), a rotary spool(210), and a stepping motor(247). The valve body includes a supply port(221) and an exhaust port(223). The vertical sections of the exhaust port and the supply port are arranged to cross each other. The rotary spool with a groove(211) on the middle exterior is rotated inside of the valve body. The stepping motor is connected to the center of one axial end of the rotary spool and rotates the rotary spool.
