PURPOSE: A navigation device is provided to reduce the possibility of a pile-up accident generation in the situation in which the view clarity of the front is difficult in a high frequency fogging area. CONSTITUTION: A navigation device comprises a controller(20) and communication module(30). The control unit decides whether or not a vehicle rapidly decelerates or suddenly stops by using GPS signals at first and second point of time. The control unit outputs control signals according to a decision that the front vehicle rapidly decelerates or suddenly stops. The communication module outputs an attention signal to outside according to whether or not the control signals output by the control unit are received.
