PURPOSE: A leakage current circuit breaker is provided to stably supply power to a line by preventing a trip of the leakage current circuit breaker due to an excessive instant current. CONSTITUTION: A zero phase sequence current transformer(110) detects a leakage current by receiving three phase AC power. A sensitivity current selector(120) selects a sensitivity current from a detection signal detected in the zero phase sequence current transformer. An exclusive IC(130) amplifies sensitivity current selected by the sensitivity current selecting unit. A thyristor(140) operates based on a control signal outputted from the exclusive IC. A power abnormality detector(170) detects a voltage outputted from a power supply unit(160).
