PURPOSE: A sleeve for preventing end-mark of steel plate is provided to prevent generation of the end mark in winding of a steel sheet by filling a stepped space portion with a loop-type air tube of sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve for preventing end-mark of steel plate comprises a body(20) of cylindrical and a loop-type air tube(30). The body adheres closely to the tension reel(50). The loop-type air tube is inserted according to the columnar direction of the body. The loop-type air tube is pressed by coiling of the steel sheet and is partly swelled between the steel sheet and the step hole(S).
