PURPOSE: A protective mortar using a calcium aluminate aggregate and an organic/inorganic complex hybrid coating agent for the mortar are provided to improve adhesive force and expression strength. CONSTITUTION: A protective mortar composition comprises 35-60 weight% of alumina cement(CAC), 28-55 weight% of calcium aluminate aggregate with particle size of 0.01-3.0mm, 5-20 weight% of calcium carbonate, 1.98-11 weight% of redispersible powder resin, 0.01-2 weight% of fluidifier, and 0.01-2 weight% of thickening agent. A coating agent used for the protective mortar composition is composed of a first liquid and a second liquid. The first liquid comprises 16-30 weight% of metal alkoxide, 20-35 weight% of organic polymer, 10-40 weight% of organic solvent, 0.1-10 weight% of water, and 0.01-5 weight% of catalyst. The second liquid is composed of 70-90 weight% of alicyclic denatured amine. 0.1-10 weight% of amino-silane, 0.001-1.0 weight% of antifoaming agent, 0.001-1.5 weight% of leveling agent, and 5-25 weight% of solvent.
