PURPOSE: An electrical equipment inspecting apparatus and an electrical equipment inspecting method are provided to facilitate the inspection of electrical equipment through simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An electrical equipment inspecting apparatus comprises an inspection connector(110), a relay(120), a controller(130), and a power supply unit(140). The inspection connector comprises a plurality of connection pins. A plurality of electrical equipments connects to the connector. The relay is connected to the inspection connector and applies digital output signals. The relay receives digital input signals created according to the on/off operation of the relay connected on the circuit of the electrical equipment. The controller controls the digital output signal-applied operation of the relay and determines the inspection result according to the digital input signal of the relay.
