Disclosed herein is a mobile device comprising a base providing a display and a rotatable portion providing an input mechanism. The rotatable portion is rotatable about a coupling between at least a first position in which the rotatable portion covers a part of the display and a second position in which the rotatable portion exposes more of the display while leaving the input mechanism accessible to a user. In at least one variant embodiment, the rotatable portion may be rotatable to a third position "behind" the base with the input mechanism remaining accessible to the user.
