A tile design comprises a supporting layer (1) and a surface layer (2). The surface layer comprises a network of organic polysilazanes. A decorative layer is provided on the supporting layer, where side of the supporting layer is averted to the surface layer. Another supporting layer is provided on the decorative layer, which is the opposite from the supporting layer. The latter supporting layer is provided on the former supporting layer facing away from the surface layer. A nano-ceramic layer is designed between the former supporting layer and the surface layer. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing windable tile design, which involves providing supporting layer and applying surface layer on the supporting layer, where the surface layer is produced from a cured network of organic polysilazane.
