PURPOSE: An LED board using dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to maximize the efficiency of the LED board by installing a dye sensitized solar cell on the side of the LED board. CONSTITUTION: An LED board using a dye sensitized solar cell comprises a body frame(110), a front panel(120), a back panel(130), a light source generating unit(140), a dye sensitized solar cell(150), and a relay(160). The front panel comprises a display unit. The display unit is illuminated by the fluorescent material. The fluorescent material is colored on the surface of the display unit. The back panel is arranged in the rear side of the body frame. The light source generating unit comprises a plurality of light emitting diodes. The dye sensitized solar cell is formed in the outer side surface of the body frame. The relay supplies a current to the light emitting diode. The current is generated by the dye sensitized solar cell.
