The fitting has a pressure spring (2) acting in a vertical direction of an outlet axle (1) such that the spring is fixed on the outlet axle by a ball-joint link (3) and on a vehicle structure (4) by a fixed connection. The outlet axle is placed in a cylindrical bearing (6) and connected to the structure by an deformable elastic support i.e. axial retaining ferrule (7), under the action of an axial shock applied to the outlet axle. The ball-joint link includes a ball-joint fixed at the spring located in a housing (8) placed in the outlet axle. The retaining ferrule is manufactured with a hard and elastic material.
