PURPOSE: A grating cover for a ship is provided to easily open and close a grating cover even if the weight of a main body is increased. CONSTITUTION: A grating cover for a ship includes a cover body(110), a hinge shaft(120), and a counterweight(130). The cover body is arranged in an inlet formed in a shell plate of a hull. The hinge shaft is arranged in the body so that the body is hinge-coupled to the inlet. The counterweight is closely arranged in the hinge shaft.
