An image terminal, an image service system, and an image service method for conditionally receiving data are provided to set a data receiving condition to restrict the authority to access data provided to a terminal according to the set data receiving condition. An image service system includes an image terminal(100) and a personal information management server(200). The image terminal sets a data receiving condition and generates decoding key values respectively for encoded audio data and encoded video data. The personal information management server manages personal information including the data receiving condition and the decoding key values and determines a decoding key value to be transmitted to a counterpart's terminal(400) according to the data receiving condition when video communication is performed between the image terminal and the counterpart's terminal. |
