PURPOSE: An energy harvesting system of a hybrid structure including a minute piezoelectric transducer and a thermoelectric device is provided to improve energy generation efficiency by combining a thermoelectric substrate with a harvesting system. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of piezoelectric transducers generate power by vibrating with external energy. The plurality of piezoelectric transducers are fixed to the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board collects power from the piezoelectric transducers. A thermoelectric substrate is combined with the lower side of the printed circuit board and generates power by heat from the printed circuit board or external power. A base substrate is attached to the lower side of the thermoelectric substrate and protects the printed circuit board and the thermoelectric substrate. A metal pad(340) transmits power of the piezoelectric device to the printed circuit board.
