PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric operated valve preventing damage and deformation due to volume expansion at a time of freezing of moisture in a lock nut which is a joining member without increasing working man-hours. SOLUTION: An elastic body 50 is arranged on a step part 18f of a valve main body 18 under a condition that the same is sheared by an edge shape part 171d having a tip pointed at acute angles of an opening circumference part 17d of a holder 17. Since the elastic body 50 absorbs volume expansion at a time of moisture freezing and reduces pressure generated by freezing on an edge shape part 171d of the holder 17 or the like is reduced and the same is protected even if atmospheric temperature drops and moisture intruding in the space 40 in the lock nut 19 freezes, damage and deformation of the opening circumference part 17d of a holder 17 can be prevented.
