PURPOSE: A wireless brain activity modulation device and a system thereof are provided to control brain activity by changing the shape of the activation potential or reducing activation potential generation rate of nerve cells. CONSTITUTION: A wireless brain activity modulation device comprises a near infrared ray passing part(10) and a plurality of heat generating parts(20). The passing part is attached to a nerve cell network. The passing part passes through the near infrared ray radiated from a near infrared ray generator. The heat generating part is buried in the near infrared ray passing part and absorbs near infrared ray. The heat generating part adjusts the activation of the nerve cell network.
