PURPOSE: A system and method for management a living space are provided to offer a parking service using an one-pass tag composed of a vehicle tag and a resident tag. CONSTITUTION: An one-pass tag comprises a vehicle tag(20) which monitors an engine state and a resident tag(30) which transmits a situation signal. A parking lot gate reader(110) is installed in the gate of a parking place and receives an intrinsic code number of a vehicle tag. A parking lot internal reader(120) is installed inside the parking lot in the same interval and receives the intrinsic code number which is transmitted by the vehicle tag. A positioning server(210) receives the serial number, creates parking space information, and grasps the floor information of the resident. |
