PURPOSE: A waffle type mushroom slab for a building and a mushroom connection structure using the same are provided to prevent structural defect including cracks and water leakage through enhanced structural safety of mushroom connection parts. CONSTITUTION: A waffle type mushroom slab for a building is composed as follows. Multiple L-shaped joint grooves(11), corresponding to pitches of support ribs of a PC slab, are arranged on the exterior of the upper part of a square plate in order to form a waffle structure. Coupling projections and an assembling groove are formed in the lower center of the square plate in which the upper end of a PC column is inserted and coupled by a double screw bolt. Coupling holes(14) are formed in the surface of the assembling groove in which main bars of the PC column are inserted and penetrated upward of the square plate to be cured in cast-in-place concrete.
