A handsfree kit for a mobile phone using the principle of a thin film speaker is provided to be easily mounted to a glass window without the inside of a vehicle and used, thereby being easily and conveniently used in various places as occasion demands. A cradle(100) inputs an input signal to a mounted mobile phone(90) and transmits an output signal from the mobile phone(90) to the outside. An absorption pad(200) fixes the cradle on an installation plate(400). A vibration actuator(300) receives the output signal from a vibration circuit of the cradle(100) and vibrates the installation plate(400). A power unit supplies power to the cradle(100) and the vibration actuator(300). The cradle(100) exchanges the input and output signals through a data cable connected to the standard 24pin connector or ear-jack of the mobile phone(90).
