PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a lighting device using the same are provided to emit uniform white light by supplying a uniform current to a transparent electrode layer through a sub electrode pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer(230) is formed on a first organic layer. A second electrode unit is formed on a second surface of a substrate to include a second sub electrode pattern. The second sub electrode pattern is partially connected to a second transparent electrode layer. A second organic layer(320) is formed on the second electrode unit to include a plurality of second light emitting layers. A second electrode layer(330) is formed on the second organic layer.
