METHOD ON MANUFACTURING BIO-DEGRADABLE CHAFF PELLET AND CHAFF PELLET ITSELF

PURPOSE: A naturally degradable rice hulls pellet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance polymer decomposition effect by including higher content amount of protein and saccharides. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a naturally degradable rice hulls pellet comprises next steps: producing rice hull powders with 80-400 mesh by pulverizing rice hulls(S11); removing moisture by heating and drying the rice hulls pellet at 50-150 deg Celsius; manufacturing coated rice hulls powders by adding wax to the rice hulls pellet(S12); throwing plastic resin polymer, organic acid, and peroxide to the rice hulls pellet; and forming a mixture by mixing added peroxide and organic acid(S13); and cutting or pace cutting strand after pneumatic drying while transferring on a conveyer belt(14).
