摘要 PURPOSE: An electric power generating system using a concentrating photovoltaic system with high efficiency applied with a thermoelectric element is provided to improve solar power generation efficiency by increasing the amount of solar light per square. CONSTITUTION: A focusing apparatus(110) increases generation efficiency by increasing the amount of solar light. A substrate(120) is placed in the lower part of the focusing apparatus. A photoelectric device(130) generates a photoelectric motive cell using sunlight. A thermoelectric element(140) uses a Seebeck effect and a Peltier effect which generate a photoelectron- motive force by a temperature difference. The thermoelectric element is composed of a thermoelectric element(144) for power generation and a thermoelectric element(142) for cooling.
