PURPOSE: A model device is provided to enable people to observe how virtual earthquake damages a model to be tested. CONSTITUTION: A vibration table(120) is supported on a frame(110) to be vibrated. A model to be tested(130) is arranged on the vibration table. A vibrating device vibrates the table and applies impact to the model to be tested. The model to be tested can be constructed as a different structure. A single layer structure(1320) includes a base plate(1321), a left/right side plate(1322), and an upper plate(1323).
