The door (1) has a resilient and flexible door leaf (5) closing a quadrangular opening formed in a wall defined by a sill (2), a lintel (3) and two posts (4). Each post comprises an upper part and a lower part. A fixation section (9) is fixed against the upper part adjacent to the lintel of the posts of the opening. Suspension and pivoting units assure suspension and pivoting of the door leaf, and are engaged by sliding on the fixation section until an upper edge of the door leaf is in contact with the lintel of the opening.
