The tower has bearings (2) serving as a framework for a wind power generator (4). Draught screens (1) are arranged to direct ambient air flow on blades of the wind power generator. An ambient air sensor detects temperature of ambient air (5), where the tower is made of iron, concrete and composite aluminum material. Shutters (3) are opened and closed to isolate the wind power generator.
