PURPOSE: A mounting device of a semiconductor device, a mounting system including the same, and a mounting method thereof are provided to prevent a connection failure between the semiconductor device and a circuit pattern by correcting a mounting position of the semiconductor device according to a solder pattern. CONSTITUTION: A mounting device(100) of a semiconductor device includes an input unit(110), a mounting unit(140), an output unit(170), an inspection unit(120), and a control unit(130). The input unit inputs a substrate(S) with the solder coated with a preset pattern into the inside of the device. The mount unit mounts the semiconductor device on the solder with a preset pattern. The output unit outputs the substrate mounting the semiconductor device to the outside of the device. The inspection unit inspects the substrate. The controller controls the mounting unit by the inspection result of the inspection unit.
