PURPOSE: A conductive foam using is provided to have simple manufacturing process, excellent durability against external physical and chemical forces, and low surface resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of conductive foam using carbon nano tube comprises: a step of preparing a conductive foam mixture containing 0.1-10 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes, 0.1-15 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent, and 1-30 parts by weight of a blowing agent on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin consisting of an ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer resin or a polyolefin based copolymer resin; a step of extrusion-molding the conductive foam mixture to a base plate by using an extruder; and a step of chemically cross-linking the base plate by using the cross linking agent, and blowing the same by using the blowing agent.
