A cam and a tilt lever equipped with magnetized projections and a steering column using the same are provided to reduce frictional force in the operation of a tilt lever and reduce the lever operating force of the tilt lever with maintaining the supporting force of a steering column by forming a magnetic pole on the projections of the tilt lever and the cam. A cam and a tilt lever equipped with magnetized projections comprise a cam(300) and a tilt lever(500). The cam has one or more magnetized protrusions(320,330). The tilt lever has one or more magnetized protrusions(520,530). The magnetized protrusions formed in the cam and the magnetized protrusions formed in the tilt lever have two projections having different height. In two protrusions, two different magnetic poles are magnetized respectively.
